What's new on the slopes of Courchevel for winter 2025-2026

What's new on the lift side

The new Chenus gondola

55 years on, Courchevel's legendary gondola is getting a facelift for a whole new experience! Gone are the small 4-seater gondolas and the old Coqs chairlift: replaced by a brand-new gondola with 54 10-seater gondolas. With a capacity of 2,400 people per hour and 11 towers installed, this new gondola lift guarantees you more comfort, more throughput, less waiting.

Getting to the summit of Les Chenus has never been easier! With a departure station ideally located on the Courchevel 1850 snow front, the ascent is child's play. Whether you're on skis or on foot, you'll have quick and easy access to the summit. Perfect for a series of descents on the area's green, blue and red runs... or for a well-deserved break to admire the view of Mont Blanc and Grande Casse.

Wondering how the work went? We tell you all about it in our article dedicated to the Chenus construction site.

Children's ski area of Courchevel 1850

Do you remember the open cabins in the children's area? Those little vintage cabins that took ESF children through the forest just below the Croisette...

Today, they’re bowing out to make way for three brand-new magic carpets. A new, gentle way to discover skiing: ideal for the little ones. Fun, reassuring, effortless... A fun way to learn to ski, without stress or fatigue!

The rope tow of Lac Bleu

Good news for all those who like to do one run after another without interruption. See that little passage after the blue run on the Col de la Loze, where you had to go "tout schuss" or push on your poles to reach the rest of the resort? That's a thing of the past.

From now on, the new Lac Bleu lift you up effortlessly to the Bouc Blanc arrival station, skis on. Less fatigue, more fun!

On the slopes

New at Canyon de Yepa

The Canyon de Yepa is the ultimate fun, themed slope in Courchevel Moriond, designed for young and old alike. As you descend, you are immersed in the world of the Native Americans, with original decor.

After a few changes last winter, the Canyon de Yepa - also known as the "Piste des Indiens" - continues its transformation!

On the program: a new portico that sets the tone right from the start, an imposing indian silhouette who watches over the runway... and the colorful banners that warn you of the presence of wolves. Don't panic, these are harmless sculptures that will captivate young and old alike.

Keep your eyes peeled at every bend: this trail is full of surprises and well worth exploring.

New spot forCarabosse

Carabosse is a "ski & fun" zone, designed for you, your family and your friends - whatever your level of skiing. Do you like banked turns? Smile-inducing whoops? Here, you can ski, play, improve... and above all, have fun!

Once nestled near the Granges ski lift, Carabosse has risen to new heights. Now it awaits you at the summit of Courchevel Moriond. To reach it, nothing could be easier: take the Signal chairlift.

New green trail: Pralinette

Wondering what happened to the former Carabosse zone? It's been transformed into a gentle green trail, renamed Pralinette.

Designed for beginners and families, Pralinette offers ideal terrain for learning to ski with confidence.
