After 55 years, Courchevel's legendary gondola is getting a facelift, so get ready for a whole new experience! Gone are the small 4-seater gondolas and the old Coqs chairlift: they are replaced by 54 brand-new 10-seater cabins. With a capacity of 2,400 people per hour travelling over the 11 pylons, this new gondola lift guarantees you more comfort, more efficiency, less waiting.
Getting to the summit of Les Chenus has never been easier! The departure station is now located on the Courchevel 1850 snow front, so getting to the top is child's play. Whether you're on skis or on foot, you'll have quick and easy access to the summit. Perfect for a few runs down the green, blue and red pistes... or for a well-deserved break to admire the views of Mont Blanc and Grande Casse.
Wondering how the construction has been progressing? We’ll tell you all about it in our article dedicated to the Chenus construction site.
Do you remember the open cabins in the children's area? Those little vintage cabins that took ESF children through the forest just below the Croisette...
They will make way for three brand-new magic carpets. A gentle, more modern way to discover skiing: ideal for little ones. Fun, safe, easy... A stress-free and less tiring way to learn to ski!
Good news for all those who don’t enjoy skating or poling along flat areas! Remember that little passage at the end of the blue run from the Col de la Loze, where you had to hold a "schuss" position or push hard with your poles to reach the next run? It’s now a thing of the past!
From now on, the new Lac Bleu tow rope will pull you effortlessly along on your skis over to the top of the Bouc Blanc lift station. Less fatigue, more fun!
The Canyon de Yepa is the ultimate in fun themed slopes. It’s in Courchevel Moriond and designed for all ages. As you take the run down, you are immersed in the world of the Native Americans, with original decor.
After a few updates last winter, the Canyon de Yepa - also known as the "Piste des Indiens" - continues its transformation!
On the program: a fun new entrance that sets the tone right from the start, an imposing chieftan silhouette who watches over the runway... and the colourful banners that warn you about the wolves. (Don't panic, they are harmless – but captivating – sculptures!)
Keep your eyes peeled at every bend: this trail is full of surprises and well worth exploring.
Carabosse is a "ski & fun" zone, designed for you, your family and your friends, no matter what your ski level. Do you like riding up banked turns? Grin-inducing whoops? Here, you can ski, play, improve... and above all, have fun!
Originally tucked away near the Granges button lift, Carabosse has risen to new heights. Now it awaits you at the summit of Courchevel Moriond. To reach it, nothing could be easier: take the Signal chairlift.
Now you’re wondering what happened to the former Carabosse area? Well, it's been transformed into a gentle green trail, renamed Pralinette.
Designed for beginners and families, Pralinette offers ideal terrain for learning to ski with confidence.
A new gondola lift means new facilities at the summit! Discover the brand new Chenus picnic room, a welcoming space that's ideal for taking a well-deserved break, warming up and enjoying the view.
In collaboration with S3V partner Hublot, discover a new contemplation spot at the summit of La Saulire: a wooden terrace offering breathtaking views of the highest peaks of the Vanoise and Mont Blanc.
To get there, take the Saulire cable car!
This season, the fun zone in Courchevel Moriond has been given a makeover with new equipment: a hammock for relaxing in peace, and a revamped design for our bison. An area designed for you to enjoy with your family and learn to ski at your own pace.
