Saulire summit
Incredible views and the highest point in Courchevel to reach effortlessly!
From the top of the Saulire summit (2700m altitude), enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Les 3 Vallées, Mont Blanc, the Vanoise glaciers, Grande Casse... Ideal for cooling off in the heat or simply for getting some height!
The little extra: have a snack at the hut at the top of La Saulire and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget your water bottle and something to cover up with: even on warm, sunny days, there can be a cool breeze at this altitude.
You can get there with the Courchevel ski lifts, but you'll need a pedestrian pass.

Unspoilt nature
Lac de Tuéda, just a few minutes' drive after parking: the National Park and its wild, sublime Nature Reserve await you.
A little further up, towards the Plagne plateau (towards the Saut refuge), you'll discover the local flora and fauna, as well as a more mineral landscape, typical of the French Alps.
You may be lucky enough to spot marmots or chamois (look up to the Aiguille du Fruit)!

Lacs Merlets refuge: In the heart of the Vallée des Avals and close to Lacs Merlets, you'll discover two cabins lost in the middle of nature. With a capacity of 14 beds, peace and quiet are guaranteed. But don't forget to make a reservation.
Refuge du Saut : Imagine spending a night in the midst of the most beautiful things nature has to offer: a plateau surrounded by water, colorful rocks and flowers. The Refuge du Saut is perfect for a family experience. Located in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, on the access road to the Mont Coua lakes, it's a must-see!
