Our team will also help you to choose the best lift pass for your holiday in Courchevel or the 3 Valleys. What are the delivery timings ?

For an address in France, your lift passes will usually be delivered within 6 days. For Europe, your passes will usually be delivered within 8 days and for the rest of the world: 10 days.

Not enough time to wait for the delivery? If you are within 2 days of your first ski day, you can still purchase your lift passes on this site. They will be delivered to the Tourist Office of your choice and you can collect them when you arrive in resort.

What sould i do if my passes haven't arrived ?

Contact our office and we will find a solution!

Most of the time, we can deliver your lift passes to the point of sale of your choice so that you can collect them when you arrive in the ski resort

Where abouts in resort can i collect lift passes ?

You can collect your skipass in point of sale or in interactive terminal. You'll have the choice during your purchase. See more about our point of sales.

What documents do i need to collect my lift passes ?

Please bring your order number and the full name of the buyer. If possible, please also present a copy of the confirmation email which you should have received just a few moments after placing your order on the website.

Can someone else use my lift pass?

All lift passes are personal and not transferable. Please be vigilant and take care of your pass – the lift stations have facial recognition cameras.

What are the opening hours of the lift pass offices ?

The points of sale are open every day from 8.35 to 16.45.

What are the opening hours of the tourist information offices ?

Courchevel 1850 : Every day from 9.00 to 19.00
Courchevel Moriond (1650) : Every day from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00
Courchevel Village (1550) : From Monday-Friday 8.30-18.00 and Saturday and Sunday: 8.30-18.30
Le Praz :Every day from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30
La Tania : Every day from 9.00 to 18.00

Prices and offers

Are the prices the same whether buy my lift passes on internet or in a lift pass office in the resort ?

Aside from the web exclusive of 3 Valleys Saturday passes at 20% discount, the internet prices are the same as at the points of sale in resort.
