Our advisors are available every day during the winter season and are at your service to help you understand how our ski area functions. Our team will also help you to choose the best lift pass for your holiday in Courchevel or the 3 Valleys.

Recovery & activation packages
You can collect your purchases directly from one of our machines, located in the following villages:
Bozel: next to the tourist office.
La Tania: near the ski lockers and the sales point.
Le Praz: inside the Alpinium building.
Village: at the base of the Grangettes gondola.
Moriond: at the Maison de Moriond, next to the sales point.
Courchevel 1850: inside the Croisette building.
You should have received a confirmation email containing the QR code you need to scan to pick up your ski passes.
Ski passes are activated automatically the first time you use the lift terminals. So there's no need to visit our sales outlets to activate it!
Opening hours opening
Our sales outlets are open every day from 8.35am to 4.45pm.
The ski area opens every morning at 9:00 am. It closes at 4:30 pm in early winter and at 5:00 pm from mid-February.
Offers &rates
With the exception of the exclusive Saturday 3 Vallées ski pass at -20%, internet prices are exactly the same as those at the point of sale.
You'll enjoy the same discounts at all points of sale (except for the 3 Vallées offer on Saturday, reserved for online sales).

Pickup information: The pickup terminal is located in the point of sale. It is accessible from 7:00am. to 11:30pm, 7 days a week.

Schedules: Everyday from 8:35am to 4:45pm, from 05/12/2025 au 12/04/2026.
Pickup information: The pickup terminal is located in the point of sale. It is accessible from 7:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week.
Skipass purchase and pickup
Location: 237 rue des Rois, 73120 Courchevel. View map
Schedules: Everyday from 8:35am to 4:40pm, from 05/12/2025 au 19/04/2026.
Pickup information: Two pickup terminals are available. The first is at the foot of the Grangettes cable car. It is accessible every day from 7:15am to 11:30pm. The second is located in the sales outlet and is available during opening hours.
