At the top of La Loze and at the top of La Saulire, in the direction of Combe de Saulire, you'll discover 2 gentle settings in these chalets.
Accessible to 2 separate groups, you'll have a choice of view: ski area or view of the Vanoise glaciers (La Loze) or Aiguille du Fruit (Saulire)? It's the ideal spot for a family reunion or a romantic get-together, to stretch your legs or simply take an Instagrammable photo.
Nid de la Loze: Dou des Lanches chairlift, 100m down the blue "Loze" slope. Nid de la Saulire: via the Vizelle, Pas du Lac or Saulire express gondolas or the Marmottes or Suisses chairlifts.

With Mont Vallon in the background, you have front row seats from which to admire Meribel’s highest summit; you won’t linger for long as you’ll want to head up the mountain to take in the breathtaking view of the glacier below!
At the top of the Roc 1 gondola, this Les Menuires picnic area offers a panorama of the Vallon du Lou and La Masse. Settle down for a meal or simply pause for a rest: picnic tables, deckchairs, mobile phone recharge points… What more could you need?

Take a moment to look up from your sandwich or slice of cake and you may just spot some wildlife looking back at you from mountains opposite.
With a keen eye and a little patience, you can usually pick out the chamois (disguised in their grey jackets) among the crags. It’s their favourite place to hang out in Courchevel so you have 99% chance of seeing one!
Access: Between the bottom of the Chanrossa and Marmottes chairlift, you’ll find the picnic tables just behind the Chanrossa lift station.

For a hot snack or just to warm up before heading back up the lifts, take a well-earned break in the “PIKNIC’N RELAX” room which is located under the Pas du Lac gondola in the centre of Méribel-Mottaret.
